Payment conditions: All prices are indicative and ex-works in USD dollar, FOB pricing can be provided on request. Minimum order is USD$ 100 with a minimum weight of 2kg.

All orders should be paid fully in advance. Western Union Money Transfer, International Bank Money order, or US Cash in Registered Mail in to our bank. Orders above 1,000 USD can be handled with a L/C.

Shipping: Since most of our products are delicate and require good packing for carefree shipping, we advise our customers that this might increase the total shipment weight. You will be notified in advance.

World wide deliveries are preferably done by DHL where we benefit from a fast service and discounted charges. This is a door-to-door service. Other transport arrangements can also be arranged.

Catalogue and samples: Sample products can be sent to you as under the shipping conditions. The sample products can be ordered through the order form and the price will be quoted back to you.

Lead-time: For products out of stock, we require 7 – 14 working days to produce depending on the complexity of the items. For lacquer products we require approximately 30 working days. These production times also vary on the quantities ordered.

Please be aware that all our products are handmade so slight differences in measurements, color and artistic work might occur without harming the quality. This is typical for the handmade industry.

Our Guarantee: Defective merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise within 30 days of purchase, or per manufacturers requirements.

Refunds for returned items are issued when merchandise arrives back at the distribution center, items must be returned in original packaging, in new and unused condition within 30 days from purchase date.

Non-new returned merchandise in original packaging and returns under 30 days will be exchanged for merchandise credit only, merchandise with no original packaging and/or orders over 30 days from date of shipment can not be exchanged or returned.
